Here you can see how to create content bars, and make them look very spify instead of plain and boring.
con_bar_1
At first you should open a new document any size as long as it large enough for a content header , and it is easier when working room so it’s always nice to make it a little big bigger.. So get your laso tool and make a little cut out like above.
con_bar_2
After that you should get a stock photo. While you have 2 documents open you need to go to the document with the stock photo and press CTRL+A to select everything , then hit CTRL+X to cut or CTRL+C to copy it. Now you should go to your other document with the selection , And press CTRL+SHIFT+V which will paste your image into the document.
con_bar_3
This will create a mask so you need to move it in whatever postion you like and then merge it down.
con_bar_4
Now you need to create a new layer. While holding CTRL you should go to the layer palet and click the layer with the image. This will select the layer . After you have finished with this you need to go to Select>>MODIFY>> Expand.
con_bar_5
Your picture should now look like this.
con_bar_6
Then you should get your eraser tool and you need to dab a little off the image, this will make your text stand out which is always a plus.
con_bar_7
Now you need to double click the layer without the picture and you will see a box similar , You should go to your stroke settings and copy these settings..
con_bar_8
Then you should create yet another layer and get your circular marquee tool and you should make a shape like this.
con_bar_9
After that youshold go to edit>>fill and fill it in with the color white.
con_bar_10
Lower the opacity to about 50% shown in the picture above and then make a selection with your marquee tool. The point of geting your marquee tool is that you should delete all the extra junk white. You need to make as many selections as you need to delete this, because it will look tacky

1. You should start by opening the picture you want to add color to and duplicate the picture so you are working on a separate canvas.
2. On the new canvas you should double click on the background layer (layer 0). Now duplicate layer 0 and set the blending mode to Overlay. Now it’s important to select layer 0 and go to Images > Adjustments > Hue/ Saturation (Ctrl+U) and check for colorize. Then you should move the handles until you get the color you want. In example was used 34, 34, 0. You can also add some blure, Filter > Blur > Gussian blur and set the radius to 5 pixels, to layer 1 to make it a bit smoother.
36 45
Not blured                                                                    Blured
3. It’s time to add some colors to the lip.
you should add a new layer (layer 2) and select a deep red color, for example #660000. You must to enlarge the image to about 300%. On the new layer paint the lips with a small brush. Don’t mind if you paint a bit outside the lips because we can correct this later. Change the blending mode to Overlay.
57 65
Normal                                                                     Overlay
4. Then you should do the same with the eyes and the dress. To smoothen the color over the eyes you must bluer the color with the same settings as above (2) and also you can use the Eraser Tool on the dress to get rid of the green color outside the dress.

Normal                                                                 Overlay
